Coordinate B2B order fulfillment, logistics and project supply operations for a growing technology distributor.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate B2B order fulfillment, shipping and customs documentation for project supply.
- Manage relationships with logistics partners and optimize inventory and delivery workflows.
- Maintain data consistency between ERP, WMS and CRM systems.
- Track and improve operational KPIs, including order accuracy, on-time delivery and lead times.
- Support partner and vendor onboarding and day-to-day operational requests.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in operations, logistics, channel or distribution roles.
- Experience working with ERP, WMS or CRM platforms.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills for process improvement.
- Familiarity with EDI or API data exchange is an advantage.
- Fluent English; Russian is an advantage.
